Verde Lanes Land Assembly takes another step

Following Councils approval to purchase land from 53 the Crescent (adjacent to ANZ Bank) for road reserve, sewer works to compete the transfer of land were recently undertaken.

Verde Lane will link Junction Parade to The Crescent, with the stub off Junction Parade constructed.

A WA Planning Commission application is also in progress to create additional road reserve that will join the existing Verde Lane road reserve through the current lot 9502 (behind ANZ to Junction Parade) to the  newly purchased road reserve for 53 The Crescent.
