Next Stage of Sewer Works Commences

Work on re aligning the sewer mains to under the proposed Trackside Entrance (between Junction Parade and Morrison Road) is now complete, allowing Swan Valley Fresh (Gilberts)  to be able to dig a basement in the land they are purchasing from the City. Works included relocating the sewer connection from the rear to the front of 22, 24 and 26 Junction Parade.

Work has now commenced on a sewer mains extension from Junction Parade along the proposed Verde Lane to the rear of 53 The Crescent. Verde Lane links Junction Parade to The Crescent, coming out adjacent to the ANZ Bank. This work will allow the excision of part of 53 The Crescent to create the road reserve.

The carpark behind ANZ has temporarily closed, and is due to reopen on 28 June.
