Construction commences on Trackside Entrance

The Citys Operations Team have commenced work on Grandstand Way, which links Morrison Road to junction Parade, and will be the future entrance to the redeveloped Swan Valley Fresh/ Gilberts Fresh Food Markets.

Works, which will focus on the road construction, are anticipated to be completed by mid March 2025. Excluded from the works are the Morrison Road intersection until Atco deepen their gas assets, and the paving/landscaping until the final access and egress to the Swan Valley Fresh redevelopment are known.
